You will learn how to develop hand tool dexterity, carve decorative forms to incorporate in your work, and add a creative flair to future projects. In day 3&4 you will create a carved decoration for turned woodwork, learn the marking out process, start a project on carving a barley twist (which you will complete at home) and undertake an acanthus leaf and lettering project.
