Furniture Making

Prerequisite: Beginning Cabinet Making or similar experience

During this six week block participants have the opportunity to undertake a design and make project. It is intended that students will respond to this project as if working for a client, developing their ability to effectively respond to a request for a high quality piece of wooden furniture. This workshop is designed to appeal to anyone wishing to develop design and making skills as well as a new piece of work while enjoying a stimulating supportive environment.
